It took two buses to get from my Airbnb in Marina Del Ray to the Convention Center in Los Angeles. At the bus transfer was a place called Tom’s #5.


I got a combo of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast. With a Coke, the total was $6.50. Can’t argue with prices like that. I could get half the amount of food from a regular fast food place for a few dollars more.

And as I sat waiting for the next bus to take me on to the video gaming madness, this was too cool not to take a picture of. (I’m a sucker for taking pictures of graffiti. But don’t deface property that isn’t yours.)
